Thank you for considering the Western Management Consultants Collection APP (defined below) offered by Western Management Consultants (referred to as “Western Management Consultants”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). Please review these Terms of Service (“Agreement”) thoroughly.

This agreement is a legal agreement between you and Western Management Consultants. By accepting electronically (for example, by clicking “I Agree”), installing, accessing or using the APP, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to this agreement, then you may not use the APP. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to these terms and conditions as its authorized representative.

AGREEMENT – This agreement describes the terms governing your use of the Collect APP provided to you on this website and any other websites controlled and operated by us in connection with the APP, including content, updates and new releases, collectively the “Services”.

This agreement includes by reference Western Management Consultants’ Privacy Policy, additional third-party terms, any APP or program-specific terms, and the Western Management Consultants debt collection service contract agreement.

YOUR RIGHTS TO USE THE APP – The APP may be protected by copyright, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Western Management Consultants grants you a personal, limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the APP.

You agree not to provide access to unauthorized third parties, reproduce or resell the APP, or make it available on file-sharing services.

YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION – Western Management Consultants shall only use your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

CONTENT – You are responsible for all content uploaded, posted or stored through your use of the APP. You grant Western Management Consultants a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host and use such content.

Western Management Consultants may monitor, remove, or refuse content that violates applicable laws or this agreement.

ADDITIONAL TERMS – Western Management Consultants does not provide professional advice other than debt collection services.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES – The APP is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY – Western Management Consultants’ total liability shall be limited as permitted by law. You agree to indemnify and hold Western Management Consultants harmless from claims arising from misuse.

CHANGES – We reserve the right to change this agreement at any time.

TERMINATION – Western Management Consultants may terminate or suspend the APP or Services at any time.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION – This agreement is governed by applicable law as stated herein.

SERVICES – Western Management Consultants is a debt collection agency providing debt collection services through the Collect APP.

GENERAL – If any part of this agreement is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
